The CEO, Stratos Beretis, holds a degree in Economics and a Master's in Tourism Business Management.

He has been in the tourism industry since 1990, working in administrative positions within the hotel sector, and has been at the helm of Oreo Group since 2001.

He served for many years as president of the Rethymno Tourist Agents Association, a member of the board of HATTA (Association of Tourist & Travel Agencies in Greece) and FedHatta (Federation of Greek Associations of Travel & Tourism Agencies), and for several years was a speaker in educational programs at IEK in the field of Management & Economics in Tourism Studies.
